Neloth's Ring of Tracking

Replaces the quest item 'Neloth's Ring of Tracking' with a new unique model. The item is used in the quest Old Friends.

To avoid people asking for a non-replacer version I added the option to buy several versions of the ring. To do that meet my exclusive business partner Fethis Alor, don't steal from that nice fella, he barely makes a living! Just nod and smile and give him the humble price he is asking for, it's a bargain. (left and right handed rings, and four different metal/gem colors)
