Are you able to locate her long lost Artifacts?

Over the years and through the magic binding to a Falmer, the accessories were corrupted the same way as the Falmer. Therefore the color of the gems changed to a purple appearance while the metal faded into a dark bronze.

Don't want to spoil too much of the story, if there is much. I'm not a storyteller but I wanted to give some context rather than dropping some items into Skyrim, so this should do as a description...

How to get them in-game:

Go in the Forgotten Vale, on the balcony you'll find a frozen Varla Stone alongside the first book follow the hint to find the items.

Obtainable Items:

Amulet
Belly Piercing (Slot 49)
Bracelets (Slot 48)
Circlet
Dress
Earrings (Slot 43)
Ring I (Slot 61) visible on the right thump
Ring II (Slot 51) visible on the left-hand ring finger
High Heel Sandals
Animated Staff
all items (except the staff) are enchantable

Staff Enchantments:

The Staff you obtain is based on your Level, but no worries the Staff can be upgraded once you reach a set level. To do so just head over to the Frozen Varla Stone for the Frozen Star or the Corrupted Varla Stone for the Corrupted Star. Once you reach the Level-cap (34), you can choose between two different Enchantments, which can be changed anytime later.

The Enchantments themselves are based on their vanilla counterparts, but if you wear more items of a Set (Frozen Star/Corrupted Star) the damage will increase to a cap of six worn items.

Frozen Star of Frostbite (Lvl. 1+)
Frozen Star of Ice Spikes (Lvl. 10+)
Frozen Star of Ice Storms (Lvl. 22+)
Frozen Star of Icy Spear (Lvl. 34+)
Frozen Star of the Frost Wall (Lvl. 34+)

Crafting Mechanics:

All items can be purified or corrupted anytime, to do so just head to the two 'Crafting Stations' (Frozen/Corrupted Varla Stone)

Incompatibility:

male characters
Circlet is not made for Argonians and Khajiits (I could tell you that this item was made for a snowelf and unless you study the accident jewelry smithing arts of the Falmer you're unable to fit it for these races. But the truth is I never play with one of these races and I'm lazy asf, so I didn't do the extra work, sorry)
